TOP OF MIND UPDATES

  • Culinary:
    • New Brunch Launched in OPKS 12/7. Company Wide 1/4/26.
    • Need pictures from photographer to finish the deck.
    • Olo Clean up to start Thur 12/11.
    • Should know about Chicken Contracts by next week, might have to push BEK launch two weeks (Clarke I know we are waiting on Chicken to sign).
  • LBW:
    • Spring Drinks - Final internal tasting with Tim and I this week.
    • Need to get with Chris on menu size and scope.
    • DCG is putting together their 2026 outlook.
    • Mimosa/Spritz Cart vs Bottomless - do we do the cart where we can’t do bottomless? Launching in OPKS 12/18, cart is already in venue.

NEW INITIATIVES

  • New Tier Catering Packages.
  • Catering option clean up (less is more).

LOOKING AHEAD

  • LTO’s and Catering are the big two. Reducing SKUs, need to get with Chris and get his input.
  • Menu sizes on both Culinary, Events and LBW.

PRICE CHANGES

  • Took price on the last menu change, possibly looking at tiered pricing for events.

LTOs

  • Will have ideas for Chris by next week.
