CURRENT INITIATIVES
- HOLIDAY HIDEAWAY & IGLOOS
- Bar Glassware Inventory: A link to this year's sheet in the Deck (slide 33), please ensure you get the most accurate counts possible of ALL glassware used in HH. Also, count CNP owned flannels.
- Notes / Ideas / Wants for 2026: In the Deck, there is a slide at the back that has links to a working document we are going to use for planning these experiences in 2026. Each store has their own, so please add your notes! Get your staff and manager's thoughts on it all too!
- Broken Furniture / Parts: In that same document is a section to list out any broken furniture, ripped Igloos domes, or anything else that will need 100% replacement in 2026. Please do NOT include anything that just needs a leg, or something small.
- PODs: are all slated to be picked up on January 8th, from stores ending their Experiences on the 31st. Stores that are keeping their Igloos open through MLK Day, will have different dates coordinated with @Clay Steinmetz

- Will be extending dates in ICT, SOP, SCMO, HDNV through 1/19

- CNP KIDS CREW
- Please continue to hand out the bookmarks and talk with guests about Kids Crew!
- Parents only need to RSVP for the kids they’ll be bringing as it’ll be the kids ages 12 & under who get the free brunch.
- January’s activity “frosty fun” will be January 11th. We’ll market this event in email 12/29 and again 1/8/26.

KEY UPDATES
- In the new year, we'll be welcoming Stephanie Duelfer (commonly known as Smiley!) to the CNP team as a Property Events Coordinator to support the growth of our on-property programming. Smiley's #1 focus will be to bring energy to our properties through events. She comes to us with years of experience at Pinstripes where she coordinated events like Santa brunches, kids club, speed dating, watch parties, live music series and more. Her role begins January 5th, she'll primarily work from the home office in NKC.
